Bergmann, now Colliers Engineering & Design, is a nationally recognized navigation firm, regionally recognized dam safety design and analysis firm, and has experience in flood risk management engineering both for the USACE and the Northeast, Midwest, and Atlantic Coast region states. Together, the CDG/Bergmann JV Team has over 2,700 staff members in 75+ offices across the United States.

Together, the JV has worked together for several USACE Districts in the civil works area and have current contracts in place.
